I don’t know about you, but I’m quickly growing tired of this new Matrix-style dark and dystopian design that many new gambling sites are going for. The website has a plain white background with subtle green branding, and the layout is simple but effective. You have the sports search bar to your left, the betting markets in the middle and the other site areas, including your account profile, across the top.
In the online casino, the games are displayed eight to a row, with the feature game for each category having a larger graphic. You can browse through the games with a horizontal reel, which makes it easier to find what you are looking for.
Overall, I can say with confidence that not only is 20Bet legit, but it is one of the most user-intuitive platforms that I’ve tested in a long time.
20Bet review – Company background
20Bet is owned and operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., which is considered to be one of the more reputable parent companies in the igaming industry among us experts. While not quite at the top table with the likes of Bet365 and William Hill, they own many brands that are arguably just a step down from that.

Reputation – 20Bet is legit
As I’ve already touched upon above, 20Bet is owned by a leading igaming company with a solid industry reputation. It is not one of those dodgy sites with untraceable roots that has popped up out of nowhere.
However, industry reputation only tells half the story – and not the most important half in my eyes. I give much more credence to what players think, which in this case is largely positive if the 4.8-start App Store rating is anything to go by.
Player experience – Straightforward and intuitive
I covered some elements of this earlier in my 20Bet review, but the overall player experience is best described as being intuitive. The website is easy to navigate, and it is one of those platforms that makes casual browsing almost second nature.
The three-step sign-up process makes getting started quick, and you can track your VIP progress, check your balance and make deposits/withdrawals via the account profile in the top right-hand corner. For sports fans, the bet slip works excellently, meanwhile, the casino games load fast and perform well without bugging.
Mobile review - the 20Bet app and mobile website
If you want to bet and/or play with 20Bet on your mobile or tablet, you have two options. My recommendation is to download the app, which you can get from the App Store, Google Play or via the QR code directly on the 20Bet website.
The app looks and feels a bit different from the website, but works just as well. Instead of the white background, you have a darker one, but all of the same features are there. Where the app performs particularly well is with live betting, thanks to the one-tap bet slip.

Payments - 20Bet review for deposits and withdrawals
This is one area where 20Bet really excels, as I found a massive selection of payment methods. With a minimum outlay of $/€10, you can deposit funds using Visa/Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, Payz, Interac or Perfect Money. Other region-specific deposit options may be available where you are.
Alternatively, you can make your deposit in cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Tether. Most deposits should be processed within 15 minutes but credit cards can take up to 24 hours in some cases.
Withdrawals
The first time that you withdraw funds, you will be asked to verify your identity similarly to the process described in the “how to sign up” section of this 20Bet review. All withdrawals should either be approved or rejected within 12 hours.
After that, fiat withdrawals are a bit slow and can take up to seven business days – though it was quicker in my experience (around three to five). Crypto withdrawals should be processed within 24 hours.
For fiat and crypto withdrawals 20Bet doesn’t charge a fee. However, bank/e-wallet charges may still apply and you will have to pay the blockchain fee for crypto deposits and withdrawals.
Customer service - 20Bet is legit when it comes to assistance
If you encounter a problem, the main way that you can get in touch with the team is through the live chat, which is available in seven languages, including English. Before starting the chat, you need to provide your name and email address.
