Is FuturePlay safe and straightforward to use?
Usability is big news at any online betting site, so it was great to see how convenient it was to move around FuturePlay. It was a breeze to do so, especially when I realized the eSports area was a separate but still quite large section inside the sportsbook. If you’re in the casino, you’ll see all the relevant categories and links pertaining to casino play instead, although you can always get back to the main page by clicking or tapping on the logo.
Even on my computer, I noted the burger icon with the three lines in the top left of the site if I was in the casino. If I visited the sportsbook, that burger menu wasn’t there. This was easier to get to grips with than I thought, and it keeps all unnecessary links out of the way so you can focus on the area of the site you’re currently enjoying. FuturePlay is safe and efficient to use, and there are all kinds of useful links at the bottom of each page as well – not least the odds format you’re currently using. You can change over to another format if you like – it’s as quick as the flick of a switch to do so.
Why aren’t there any FuturePlay reviews of an app?
There’s another company called Futureplay that does have apps available, but they’re not the same outfit, so don’t get confused and download something that isn’t related to the site I’m reviewing here. I did note that the FuturePlay website didn’t go for an app because there’s no real need to – the website is designed to be mobile friendly anyway.
Depending on the screen size you’re viewing the site with, you’ll spot some of the links and features shifting to the bottom of the screen, providing you with a menu there instead. I’ve spotted some sites that look completely different when viewed on a smartphone or tablet, but I am pleased to say FuturePlay is not one of them. They’ve poured plenty of time into making sure their format and information looks much the same no matter how you view it. Just use whichever mobile browser you prefer and off you go.

Within seconds of arriving at FuturePlay, I noted a range of cryptocurrency logos and no other familiar payment icons anywhere. This is a crypto site, therefore, and it provides nine of these coins to deposit (€, CA$, NZ$, AU$ and INR) and withdraw with, depending on your preference. Bitcoin and Litecoin are among the available options, but you can count on finding most other famous cryptocurrencies on the list as well.
It did puzzle me, then, to spot the payments page and its confirmation of credit card deposit and withdrawals. It turns out, after a little detective work, that you can purchase crypto via FuturePlay itself by using a credit or debit card. This adds a layer of convenience to the site – something I haven’t seen at alternative sites.
My FuturePlay review of the customer service features
Does FuturePlay hit the mark with its customer support facilities? This can be a make or break feature of any site, so let’s see what’s on offer. First up, there is a quirk on offer if you hit the support link. You’ll see this at the foot of the side menu in the sportsbook or in the lower menu no matter where you are. The side menu link opens the live support area, although it’s handled by a bot. The link in the bottom menu opens a support page with more info on it.
The support page includes a contact form, plus an email address and a link to their FAQs page. The FAQS broadly relate to just two topics though:

If you have any questions about the sportsbook, it seems you might come up empty as I did. Of course, you then have the live chat feature to check out. You need to part with your name and email address to use this, but it doesn’t appear you need to be a member to check it out. I did dig up plenty more supportive pages at the bottom of the site though, such as:

Seven levels to the VIP program
